The toughest part when it comes to protein powders isn’t the product itself initially, it’s actually being consistent in taking it. Have a shake a day for a couple days will make only a tiny change, mental really than what you can notice physically. The trick however, is being persistent and constantly incorporating exercise and proper nutrition. Part of that nutrition, is using quality whey protein such as MTS Nutrition Machine Whey Protein. Now there are tons of whey protein out there on the market similar to MTS Nutrition. Here are some that I’ve used and like the best
- Isopure Whey Protein
The taste of Isopure is very light and with no carbs its my ideal whey protein solution. You can shake it in a bottle with water or milk without having all that residue that many protein powders have. If you have the time, you can use a blender like the Magic Bullet and add PB2 and a banana and have an amazing healthy protein shake
- MuscleTech NITRO-TECH. Whey Isolate
Now MuscleTech I have always been a fan of, especially their protein bars. But the this whey protein is neck and neck with Isopure. You can’t go wrong with either. I would recommend trying a smaller size of each to see which flavor you like best. From a nutrition standpoint, these both do an amazing job.
